Kati Perry is no doubt a classic beauty. However like many people she suffers from skin issues. I covered blemishes using the patch and spot healing tools, used a Gaussian blur layer to soften her skin AKA foundation. I added definition and highlights using dodge and burn tools. Additionally, I adjusted the hue of her eyes and lips to make them pop. The eyes were also treated with dodge and burn tools to make the pupils larger and to add sparkle.
